All scoops are mystery boxes, meaning the exact items you receive cannot be chosen, predicted, or exchanged based on preference. Product photos are examples only and do not guarantee specific items.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices or promotions at any time.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping times may vary depending on location, postal delays, or seasonal demand. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays or lost parcels, but we will always do our best to help.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are mystery‑based, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the random contents.

However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will happily exchange the damaged item for a replacement. Exchanges apply to damaged items only, not entire scoops.
